Park Tower Inn - Pigeon Forge

I spent Christmas at this hotel and loved its prime location! It's super close to all the holiday attractions, making it easy to explore. The room was spacious and clean, perfect for unwinding after a long day. I also enjoyed the complimentary breakfast, which had a decent variety to fuel my festive adventures!

I did notice that the decor was quite outdated, which made the vibe feel a bit off. The staff could have been friendlier, and there were some maintenance issues, like a few wet carpets in common areas. it was a decent stay but could definitely use some improvements!

Overall had very very good stay for the price. The beds were comfy, the room was well-kept and huge with the spa tub. The location was magnificent, for example, Pigeon Forge Gem Mine Mining Company was a 10-15 minute walking distance from the hotel. Hip new venue set in the super nice area.

We loved staff and rooms of this fantastic central hotel. Terrific restaurant within walking distance of the property. Early check-in too.

pleasant stay with room improvements needed

The staff were kind and attentive throughout my stay. Even though the rooms could benefit from a refresh, they were notably clean and well-maintained.

Everything was perfect, room was clean, bathroom was clean, I loved the view from the balcony on the 6th floor and pool. only bad thing was that they didn't tell us that there was no breakfast for now, I liked the hotel and I will come back next time.

The friendly staff made check-in a breeze, but the musty room smell lingered throughout our stay. The location was great, though the pool area was disappointing with a lack of floaties for the lazy river.

The room was clean and cool when I arrived. It's super convenient to explore nearby spots like Ole Smoky Tennessee Moonshine and Rockin' Raceway Arcade, both less than 500 meters away this a great base for weekend adventures.

A European must get used to breakfast. Powdered scrambled eggs, waffles, lava coffee. Furniture, as well as all the equipment, have their years.

I had a great time during my city trip! The location is super convenient, with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. I loved kicking back at the heated lazy river after a long day exploring. The staff was friendly, and I appreciated the cozy feeling of my room, which was clean with fresh linens.

On the flip side, some areas could use a good clean-up; I noticed the hallways and pool needed attention, and the hot tub wasn’t working. the checking-in process took longer than expected. I had a fun time, but there's definitely room for improvement!

We had a lovely stay and enjoyed the heated indoor pool and cozy fire pit area for some relaxation. The amenities were great for unwinding after a day out, but the ice machine was out of order during our visit. Overall, it was a pleasant experience, just keep an eye on the machines! 😊
