pleasant stay with room improvements needed
The staff were exceptionally kind and attentive throughout my stay. Even though the rooms could benefit from a refresh, they were notably clean and well-maintained.
The rooms haven't been updated yet.

The friendly staff made check-in a breeze, but the musty room smell lingered throughout our stay. The location was great, though the pool area was disappointing with a lack of floaties for the lazy river.

easily walkable to top attractions and great dining options
The room was clean and cool when I arrived. It’s super convenient to explore nearby spots like Ole Smoky Tennessee Moonshine and Rockin' Raceway Arcade, both less than 500 meters away, making this a great base for weekend adventures.

We had a lovely stay and enjoyed the heated indoor pool and cozy fire pit area for some relaxation. The amenities were great for unwinding after a day out, but the ice machine was out of order during our visit. Overall, it was a pleasant experience, just keep an eye on the machines! 😊

Indoor lazy river, unexpected bunk bed in room, solid view from balcony
Outdated decor, cold pool temperatures!!! The overwhelming air freshener in the hallways and atrium was hard to ignore!!! Maintenance clearly needs more attention, especially with the broken elevator!!!

It was an ideal choice for a holiday in Pigeon Forge with good value considering the price charged. I liked that the staff assured me my room would be ready early for my elderly mother but didn't follow through. Make sure to confirm details with the front desk directly when checking in.

The pool offered a nice retreat, but the room condition was disappointing.

missingWrote a review on 07 Augelevator inconvenience
In my wife’s opinion, the elevator situation was frustrating. With only one main elevator working, it was tough getting around with bags and kids, especially since we had a room on the far end.

The game room was a hit, especially the pool table. We also enjoyed the nearby attractions, making our trip memorable. Just a heads up for future guests, the breakfast options may be limited, so plan ahead. Overall, great spot for a group getaway!
One downside was the rude front desk staff during our stay. They struggled to provide accurate information about local deals, which was a bit frustrating.

I found the location convenient for exploring nearby attractions. The game room entertained my children during downtime.
I expected the indoor pool to be usable, but it was closed for maintenance, which was disappointing considering I booked specifically for that amenity.

would book here again
The indoor pool was a big letdown since it was cold and not heated. The queen room had a microwave, refrigerator, and seating area, which were nice. Blocks away from fun attractions. Breakfast had limited choices but wasn't bad. Staff were friendly when checking in and helped when the room key stopped working.
